Continuation of …What is bonding?
What has your past/upbringing taught you about bonding? Often our fear of needing someone keeps us from forming deep attachments with people. As a result we find ourselves alone when life gets tough. How easy is it for you to ask someone for help, to confide a weakness, to need someone?
Learning to bond. Who in your life may be knocking on the door, wanting to enter into relationship with you? What’s keeping you from opening the door?
